Oiling agents for jellies and gums

These agents provide an anti-sticking effect and a shine/transparency. They are based on MCT or sunflower oils and beeswax and/or carnauba wax. There are also specific agents for confectionery in the form of extruded threads, applied by dipping bath.
These Capol products are available in organic and vegan.

Glazing agents for hard and soft sugar-coated dragees

These agents provide shine and colour protection. They are available in powder form or as a liquid or paste dispersion and are based on micronized waxes, lacquers and/or vegetable oils. These Capol products are available in organic and vegan.

Polishing agents for chocolate coated dragees

These agents provide shine and protection against thermal and mechanical shocks. They are in the form of aqueous and alcoholic dispersion and are based on gum arabic, starch, shellac. These Capol products are available in organic and vegan.

Release agents and anti-sticking agents for hard boiled sugar confectionary applied on the production lines

These agents are available in different viscosities to suit your equipment. They are composed of vegetable oils and emulsifiers.

Precoating agents for the center of dragees

These agents are used for pre-treatment of interiors prior to sugaring to prevent migration of fat and/or moisture to the surface of the dragees.

CAPOL has two production sites. The plant in Germany is dedicated to the manufacture of coating, varnishing and oiling agents. The plant in Canada is dedicated to the production of natural colorants based on a patented technology: Vivapigments (see corresponding page).
