Obesity is one of the biggest long-term public health challenges of this generation. In the UK, as in the rest of Europe, it is essential to develop healthy and sustainable products to address this and meet consumer expectations.

Our partner Ulrick & Short works alongside the Scottish Food Federation's Reformulation for Health programme to provide healthy reformulation solutions, particularly in the BVP and meat sectors. Ulrick & Short's range of clean label fibres and starches enable industrial bakers and food manufacturers to reduce sugar and fat by up to 50%.
